According to an official report from the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG), at least seven schools experienced an extraordinary incident (KLB) of food poisoning, triggering panic and mass medical treatment.

“This situation has drawn strong criticism from lawyers and community leaders,” Erles Rareral, S.H., M.H., stated that the incident was not a trivial matter and must be handled seriously.

Erles urged law enforcement officials (APH) to immediately intervene and conduct a thorough investigation.

“This is not simply a matter of spoiled food.

Law enforcement officials must thoroughly investigate whether or not there was an element of intent in this mass poisoning incident,” Erles emphasized.

According to him, if the investigation reveals any manipulation, gross negligence, or even elements of poisoning, the state is obligated to enforce the law without compromise.

“If there is evidence of intent and the act of poisoning the students, the perpetrators must be arrested, tried, and given the fairest possible punishment.

Don’t let the safety of the nation’s next generation be at risk,” he asserted firmly.

This case also serves as a harsh blow to the monitoring system of the Free Nutritional Meals (MBG) program, which should guarantee the health and safety of students, not cause mass casualties.
